Creating Systemic Change
Description:
This narrated PowerPoint talks about working with clients in a business setting to help create systemic change. Often you will be hired to solve a problem with an employee but you always want to check if the problem may be systemic instead of individual (it often is). You will be able to influence your client to consider a systemic change rather than trying to "fix" problem employee. Most of the time, when there are more than a few employees with the same issue, it is not that you have problem employee, but rather you have a problem with the system.
