Grievance and Refund Policy

Grievance Process

1. If you are having a disagreement or challenge with a particular coach in our program, please address your issues directly with your coach.

2.  If you are still not satisfied, then, send an email or letter to our CEO, Kim Olver, at kim@academyofchoice.com or PO Box 2666, Country Club Hills, 60478. You are always welcome to call but the grievance does not become official until it is received in writing.

3. If still not satisfied, then I direct you to send your grievance to our grievance chairperson, Marcus Gentry, at respect@marcusgentry.com.

4. While we sincerely will make every attempt to resolve any disputes prior to this stage, if you are still unsatisfied, then you may take your complaint to our certification entity, the Center for Credentialing and Education. Their contact information can be found here: http://www.cce-global.org/About/Contact.

Refund Policy for Seminars

A full refund is provided for written cancellations received by Academy of Choice at least 60 days prior to the seminar, workshop, or conference. Written cancellations received between 30 and 59 days prior to the commencement of the seminar, workshop, or conference will be refunded at seventy-five percent (75%). Written cancellations received between 10 and 29 days before the start of a seminar, workshop, or conference, will be refunded at 50 percent (50%).  There is no refund for cancellations ten or fewer business days before the workshop.
